Following 20+ years of guiding fishing clients across Barnstable Harbor, I’m changing course and introducing Harbor Tours & Sailing Trips.
Harbor Tours will be aboard my fishing boat “Gravy” (don’t worry, she’s sparkling clean) and Sailing Trips will be aboard my recently acquired sailboat “Cape Too” a Marshall Sandpiper.
Trips will leave from Barnstable Marina and be 2 hours long.
Many, many clients have enjoyed a comfortable trip aboard “Gravy”. Even when the weather changes, her 150 HP engine can run you home in short order.
Sailing aboard “Caper Too” will have a slower pace, but will no doubt be a bit more exciting. Sailing can be the most peaceful way to travel on the water, but does get a bit spicy when the southwest wind kicks up.
Whichever mode suits you, Capt. Avery will keep you safe and comfortable. Not only had she been a fishing guide on Barnstable Harbor for 20+ years, she has sailed here even longer. In her younger years she was a sailing instructor which morphed into years of working on offshore sailing yachts. Sailing is in her blood!!!!
